TERMS & CONDITIONS Effective Date: 01/01/25

1. Agreement to Terms By accessing The Wolf Method Mastermind, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Membership & Access The Wolf Method Mastermind is a monthly membership priced at $199/month with a mandatory 3-month commitment. Breaking this initial 3-month commitment will result in immediate termination of access and disqualification from joining any current or future monthly membership or payment plan offered by Be A Wolf Biz.

Membership grants access to exclusive mastermind content, training, and community features.

Membership fees are billed on a monthly recurring basis unless canceled after the initial 3-month commitment is fulfilled.

You agree not to share login credentials or distribute member-only content.

Each month's content includes downloadable links and documents. Members wishing to retain lifetime access to any given month's content must personally save these links and documents before the content is erased on the 1st of each month to accommodate new monthly content. Brittany provides reminders as a courtesy, but ultimately it is each member's responsibility to save desired content. Requests for links, documents, or content after its removal date—whether in the community, via support, or by any other means—are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.

3. Payments & Refunds All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Refunds are not available for past or current subscription periods.

If you cancel after fulfilling your 3-month commitment, access will continue until the end of your billing cycle.

All cancellations must be requested through [email protected] at least 5 days before your billing cycle date to avoid being charged for the next period. There will be no exceptions or excusals for this rule.

4. Intellectual Property All content, including videos, text, and resources, is owned by The Wolf Method Mastermind and protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or share content without written permission.

5. User Conduct Members must engage respectfully in community discussions.

   Members are permitted to direct message each other within the community; however, sharing any past content, including links or documents, publicly or privately, with other members is strictly prohibited. Any member found distributing content will face immediate termination of their membership without refund.

Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior may result in membership termination without a refund.

Unauthorized access or misuse of our platform is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability The Wolf Method Mastermind provides educational content and does not guarantee financial results.

We are not responsible for business losses or damages incurred by users.

Our content is for informational purposes and should not replace professional advice.

7. Termination We reserve the right to terminate membership or access for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].

9. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance.

10. Membership Transfers & Account Sharing Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared or sold to another individual. Any attempt to transfer access or share credentials may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

11. Chargebacks & Disputes Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution will result in an immediate ban from all current and future Be A Wolf Biz offerings. If you have a billing issue, you must contact [email protected] first before disputing a charge.

12. Suspension & Reinstatement If a payment fails, access to all mastermind content and the Voxer app chat will be immediately revoked. If the payment is not rectified within 5 days, your membership will remain suspended until payment is successfully processed. If your membership is terminated for a violation of these terms, reinstatement is at the sole discretion of Be A Wolf Biz.

13. No Guarantees on Future Pricing or Access Membership pricing and structure are subject to change. If a member leaves and later wishes to return, they will be subject to the current pricing and terms at that time—previous rates or access agreements do not apply.
