Agreement to Terms

By accessing The Wolf Method Mastermind, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Membership & Access

The Wolf Method Mastermind is a monthly membership priced at $199/month with a mandatory 3-month commitment. Breaking this initial 3-month commitment will result in immediate termination of access and disqualification from joining any current or future monthly memberships or payment plans offered by Be A Wolf Biz.

Membership grants access to exclusive mastermind content, advanced training, and high-level community features, including:

What’s Included in Your Membership:

  • All Access to The Wolf Method Trend Library:
    On the 1st of every month, you'll be granted  access to ALL Wolf Method trend content for the month - no drip, no delays. This includes:

    • The current month’s Hot List bestseller breakdown (deep-dive video analysis of what’s selling on Etsy now and why)

    • The Instagram Trend Lab (cutting-edge IG trend research, real-time algorithm curation, and product inspiration)

    • The Hot Niche Breakdown (focused video on a high-demand Etsy trend for that month)

    • End-of-Month LIVE Trend Research Call (interactive live call: deep dives, what’s about to explode, and live Q&A on the trend landscape)
      Members get immediate access to the full monthly lineup upon joining - no waiting for weekly content drops.

  • Two Live Mastermind Calls Per Month:
    Each month, your Mastermind membership includes two scheduled live mastermind calls, typically held on Fridays. These are your core coaching, strategy, and Q&A sessions for the month. Occasionally, additional live calls or bonus sessions may be offered at Brittany’s discretion; however, members are only guaranteed two official mastermind calls per month as part of their membership.

  • Weekly Telegram Voice Messages:
    Receive two exclusive Telegram voice messages every week from Brittany (son Tuesdays and Thursdays) covering real-time market updates, mindset activation, tactical action steps, and behind-the-scenes insights. These are ONLY available to Mastermind members.

  • Mega Shop Breakdown:
    Every month (released mid-month), an Etsy mega shop is selected for a full, high-level audit and strategy breakdown (delivered as a video). Get actionable, customized feedback you can implement immediately.

  • eRank Low Competition Keyword Tool Video:
    Detailed, up-to-date video each month on highlighting  low competition, eRank keywords.

  • Wolf Method Community:
    Exclusive access to the high-performance mastermind community (on the Be A Wolf Biz app or Kajabi) - connect, collaborate, and network with a circle of serious, driven sellers.

  • Downloadable Content:
    Each month’s content is released on the 1st on a Canva doc with all the links for immediate access (emailed out and placed in the Welcome section of the Mastermind Kajabi portal and remains there all month) - as content is released throughout the month (mega shop breakdown, call replays, etc.) they will be added to that same document.

    IMPORTANT: You are responsible for saving any links and documents you wish to retain for lifetime access. Everything is put on one document to make this simple and streamlined each month.

    All Mastermind content is erased from the Kajabi portal on the 1st of each month to make room for next month's content. Reminders are provided as a courtesy, but it is your responsibility to save what you want. No requests for past links or documents will be honored after removal.

Access and Billing Terms

  • Membership fees are billed on a monthly recurring basis unless canceled after the initial 3-month commitment is fulfilled.

  • Content access is tied to your individual billing cycle (not the calendar month). For example, if your billing date is the 12th, your access runs from the 12th of one month to the 11th of the next. Canceling ends access at the conclusion of your current billing cycle.

  • Your billing date is always the same time of day each month as your original enrollment (e.g., 8:15am), and cancellations or charges will process at that exact time.

  • No proration or extensions for launch dates, partial months, or perceived content timing.

  • Content Sharing/Distribution:
    You agree not to share login credentials or distribute member-only content. This is punishable by law and will be enforced.

Payments & Refunds

  • The Wolf Method Mastermind is priced at $199/month. There are no payment plans or discounts.

  • All members are billed in full each month on their personal billing date.

  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

  • Refunds are not available for past or current subscription periods.

  • If you cancel after your 3-month commitment, access continues until the end of your billing cycle.

  • Cancellations must be requested via [email protected] at least 5 days before your billing date to avoid being charged for the next period. No exceptions.

Intellectual Property

  • All content, including videos, text, and resources, is owned by The Wolf Method Mastermind and protected by copyright laws.

  • No reproduction, distribution, or sharing without written permission.

User Conduct

  • Members must engage respectfully in community discussions.

  • All community spaces are business-focused for growth, clarity, and strategy.

  • Customer service questions, complaints, or feedback must be directed to [email protected]—not posted in the community.

  • Negativity, emotional venting, or personal unloading is not permitted. This space is built for accountability, performance, and leadership—not therapy.

  • Members may direct message each other within the community, but sharing any content, links, or documents (past or current) with others is strictly prohibited. Violators will be immediately terminated without refund.

  • Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior = immediate termination without refund.

  • Unauthorized access or misuse of our platform is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The Wolf Method Mastermind provides educational content only and does not guarantee financial results.

  • Not responsible for business losses or damages incurred by users.

  • Content is for informational purposes and not a substitute for professional advice.

Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate membership or access for violations of these Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].

Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

Membership Transfers & Account Sharing

  • Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared or sold. Any attempt to transfer or share access results in immediate termination without refund.

Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in an immediate ban from all current and future Be A Wolf Biz offerings. Billing issues must be directed to [email protected] before disputing a charge.

Suspension & Reinstatement

  • If a payment fails, access to all mastermind content and the Voxer app chat is immediately revoked. If not resolved within 5 days, membership remains suspended until payment is processed. Terminated members may only be reinstated at Be A Wolf Biz’s sole discretion.

No Guarantees on Future Pricing or Access

  • Membership pricing and structure are subject to change. If you leave and later wish to return, you are subject to current pricing and terms.
