MASTER COURSE AGREEMENT

Welcome!

I am dedicated to helping as many print on demand sellers scale their shops to heights they never thought possible! This master course is one of my favorite ways to be able to do so and provide my students with as much value on a consistent basis as possible. I want to help you overcome any obstacles you've faced and achieve whatever you want within your e-commerce journey. It's all possible! And I'm so honored to be apart of that journey with you! Let's do this!

Why you’re Reading This Document

I only communicate one way – openly and honestly. I know who I love working with and I know how I love working with them. This Top Seller Secret Master Course Agreement (the “Agreement”) outlines what we can expect from each other in working together. If there is anything you are uncomfortable with, please let me know - I want to make sure we are on the same page moving forward.

In exchange for agreeing to work together with Brittany Lewis you agree to be bound by the following conditions.

• Parties. This Agreement is made between Be A Wolf Biz International Inc., a company incorporated in the United States (“Brittany Lewis”, “Brittany” “I”, and “me”) and you, the undersigned (“you” and “your”).

• My Promise to You. Brittany Lewis will provide you with access to the Top Seller Secret Master Course program. As your coach, I will provide you with the most up to date info possible and help create as much clarity as I can within your selling experience. I commit to not holding back, to empower you, to fully supporting you, and having a good time.

• Term + Termination. This Agreement will be binding upon execution by both parties and will last for the duration of time you are enrolled as a member, as outlined in Schedule “A”.

• Termination. Please note that if you violate any of the expectations outlined in Schedule “B” Expectations, Brittany Lewis may terminate this Agreement effective immediately and you will not be entitled to any refunds or any continued working relationship with Brittany Lewis.

• What Brittany Lewis Expects of You. Just as you are investing in me, I’m also investing in you. To achieve maximum results, Brittany Lewis asks that you commit to the following:

• You commit to being supportive and uplifting, not only to yourself, but all others in the master course community.

• You agree to communicate honestly, to be open to feedback, and to create and dedicate the time and energy to this membership to receive the best possible outcome.

• You are responsible for your own physical, financial, mental, and emotional well-being and actions that result from this membership.

• Cancellations and Refunds. Integrity and keeping your word are the cornerstones of all success. With that in mind, this is how I’ve drafted my cancellation and refund policy:

• All sales are final sale. There will be no refunds. No exceptions.

• Brittany Lewis reserves the right to remove you from the master course  if you are not meeting the expectations we’ve set out in Schedule “B” Expectations.  

• Services. Brittany Lewis will be providing you with access to the Top Seller Secret program with forever access.

• No Guarantees. While there are some things I can control, like how much I will support you, there are some things I cannot control. As such, no guarantees can be made for the results from this program.  Please refer to the Disclaimer on the website for more information on this.

• Responsibility. Please acknowledge you are fully responsible for everything you give and get from this process. I’ve created this membership and used my qualifications to bring you the greatest benefits possible, but none of that can happen if you do not put in the work. You get what you give – and I want you to be aware of that before we start working together.  

• Payment. Payment details and costs for the course are outlined in Schedule “A” Services + Cost.

• Communication. All communication will be done within the membership or through business email. You may not contact me outside of these perimeters.

• Concerns. I want you to love this program and expect you to speak up if anything isn’t sitting right with you.

• Currency. All prices are in US Dollars and all payments must be made in US Dollars via Stripe payment processing (AMEX, Visa, Mastercard). Tax is added for Canadian residents.

• Confidentiality. We operate and grow in a safe space. I want you to know that everything shared in this program is strictly confidential. I will not disclose any of your information without your prior written consent.

• Ownership of Materials. All the content that I have provided to you, such as trend spotting videos and any other tutorials, training documents and PDFs, are for your use only and are not to be re-distributed or re-used.

• Standard Legal Things. You know you’re almost at the end of the Agreement when you get to the standard stuff that no one cares about but is still kind of important! Jurisdiction. This Agreement will be governed exclusively by the laws of the Washington state within the United States. Severability. If any provisions of this Agreement are invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions in the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and replaces any prior agreements. Waiver of Breach. The waiver by me of any breach by you of any provision of this Agreement will not be taken to be a waiver of any further breaches by you. Notice. For the purpose of this Agreement, e-mail or text will suffice for written notice when required as set out above. Headings. The headings used in this Agreement are for stylistic purposes only and none of the content in the headings are intended to be legally binding. Counterparts. This agreement may be signed in any number of counterparts, each of which is an original, and all of which taken together constitute one single document. Online Agreement. We agree that this Agreement may be signed electronically or agreed to by having you click “I Agree”, the effect of which will be the same as if we signed the Agreement by hand and the intention of which is that both parties desire to be bound by all the terms of the Agreement.

SCHEDULE “B” EXPECTATIONS

The following are the working expectations I hold for all my students in this membership. If you breach in any of these, Brittany Lewis reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately.

• No repurposing or redistributing content that you have received from this program.
• No giving access to non-paying members to this course
• No bullying and harassing other students and the course instructor in the program
• No slander or any verbal or text abuse towards students or the course instructor in the program
• Failure to commit to monthly payment plan will be punished as a breach of this contract and legal action may be pursued to collect
