Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using Goldie GPT and/or the Goldrush Master System, you agree to these Terms, Policies & Legal Information in full.

Goldie may generate or assist with:

  • design ideas

  • visual concepts

  • AI-generated designs

  • mockup-style visuals

  • phrases

  • layouts

  • niche suggestions

  • design refinements

  • strategic recommendations

  • educational guidance

  • product direction

  • creative inspiration

Goldie GPT and the Goldrush Master System are not professional legal, financial, technical, production, print-quality, or business advisory services.

No Guarantee of Results

Be A Wolf Biz LLC makes no guarantee that use of Goldie GPT or the Goldrush Master System will result in:

  • Etsy sales

  • print-on-demand sales

  • increased revenue

  • increased traffic

  • bestseller badges

  • improved search ranking

  • profitability

  • business growth

  • niche success

  • listing performance

  • customer demand

  • platform approval

  • or any specific business outcome.

Results vary based on many factors, including but not limited to user execution, niche selection, product quality, pricing, listing quality, shop history, SEO, market demand, platform behavior, customer preferences, competition, fulfillment quality, effort, consistency, and business decisions.

You understand and agree that all results are your sole responsibility.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Goldie GPT is an AI-powered tool. All outputs are AI-generated, AI-assisted, or AI-influenced and may contain:

  • errors

  • inaccuracies

  • misspellings

  • strange wording

  • visual inconsistencies

  • malformed design elements

  • unintended similarities

  • incorrect assumptions

  • incomplete information

  • technical flaws

  • print-readiness issues

  • design imperfections

  • low-resolution elements

  • distorted images

  • or undesirable results.

AI-generated outputs are experimental by nature.

You are fully responsible for reviewing, editing, testing, validating, and approving all outputs before using them commercially.

User Responsibility for Design Use

You are solely responsible for how you use any design, phrase, image, mockup, idea, concept, or recommendation created by Goldie GPT.

Before publishing, selling, uploading, printing, or distributing any output, you agree to independently verify that it is:

  • original enough for your intended use

  • appropriate for your audience

  • compliant with Etsy policies

  • compliant with print provider requirements

  • commercially acceptable

  • legally safe

  • technically usable

  • and suitable for production.

Be A Wolf Biz LLC does not review, approve, certify, or guarantee any user’s final designs.

Print Quality Disclaimer

Goldie GPT may create or help generate visual designs, but Be A Wolf Biz LLC does not guarantee that any output will print correctly, cleanly, or professionally.

You are fully responsible for:

  • checking file quality

  • checking resolution

  • checking dimensions

  • checking transparency

  • checking placement

  • checking spelling

  • checking colors

  • checking contrast

  • checking sizing

  • checking print provider requirements

  • ordering samples

  • reviewing test prints

  • ensuring the final product meets your standards.

Be A Wolf Biz LLC is not responsible for:

  • blurry prints

  • poor resolution

  • pixelation

  • incorrect sizing

  • misalignment

  • poor color output

  • color shifts

  • print provider errors

  • mockup inaccuracies

  • customer complaints

  • production defects

  • fulfillment issues

  • or any other print-quality issue.

You accept full responsibility for all final production decisions.

No Refund Policy

Due to the instant-access digital nature of Goldie GPT and the Goldrush Master System, all sales are final.

No refunds, partial refunds, exchanges, cancellations, credits, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • dissatisfaction

  • buyer’s remorse

  • misunderstanding of the offer

  • failure to read the sales page

  • failure to read these terms

  • failure to use the product

  • failure to get desired results

  • technical learning curve

  • dissatisfaction with AI outputs

  • preference for different outputs

  • change in business direction

  • accidental purchase

  • inability to access due to user-side technical issues

  • overlap with previous products

  • perceived similarity to other AI tools

  • inability to use ChatGPT or related platforms

  • loss of access due to violation of these terms

  • or failure to verify print quality before selling.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to proprietary digital content, AI systems, education, frameworks, and intellectual property.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing Goldie GPT and/or the Goldrush Master System, you agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal without first contacting [email protected] to attempt resolution.

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or attempts to retain access after reversing payment may result in:

  • immediate termination of access

  • removal from all related communities

  • cancellation of bonuses

  • refusal of future service

  • collection action

  • and/or legal action where applicable.

Initiating a chargeback does not cancel your agreement to these terms.

Access Revocation

Be A Wolf Biz LLC reserves the right to revoke access to Goldie GPT, the Goldrush Master System, communities, bonuses, live trainings, resources, or related materials at any time without refund if a user engages in:

  • abusive behavior

  • harassment

  • threats

  • disrespectful communication

  • sharing private materials

  • unauthorized redistribution

  • account sharing

  • misuse of Goldie GPT

  • violation of intellectual property

  • chargebacks

  • platform abuse

  • community disruption

  • or any behavior deemed harmful to Be A Wolf Biz LLC, its team, customers, communities, or intellectual property.

Access may be revoked at the sole discretion of Be A Wolf Biz LLC.

No Account Sharing

Access to Goldie GPT and the Goldrush Master System is licensed to one purchaser only.

You may not:

  • share your login

  • share access links

  • allow others to use your account

  • redistribute Goldie access

  • resell access

  • sublicense access

  • publish private prompts

  • copy internal workflows

  • reproduce proprietary frameworks

  • share course materials

  • distribute downloads

  • or use Goldie GPT as part of a competing product, service, course, membership, or AI tool.

Violation of this section may result in immediate access termination without refund and possible legal action.

Intellectual Property Ownership

All Goldrush Master System materials, training videos, frameworks, prompts, instructions, documents, feature structures, terminology, workflows, systems, and educational content are the intellectual property of Be A Wolf Biz LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, duplicate, reproduce, sell, teach, license, distribute, or repurpose any Goldrush or Goldie materials outside your own personal use inside your business.

Purchasing Goldie GPT or the Goldrush Master System does not give you ownership of the system, prompts, frameworks, training content, or underlying methodology.

User Output Ownership

Outputs generated from your use of Goldie GPT are considered user-generated outputs for your own commercial use, subject to these terms and any third-party platform rules.

You are responsible for ensuring that any output you use is legally safe, original, appropriate, printable, and commercially viable.

Be A Wolf Biz LLC does not claim ownership over your final products, listings, or designs created from your use of Goldie.

However, this does not grant you the right to copy, sell, reveal, or redistribute Goldie GPT’s internal programming, prompts, systems, workflows, or proprietary frameworks.

Copyright & Trademark Disclaimer

Goldie GPT includes strategic guardrails intended to encourage originality and reduce direct copying behavior.

However, Be A Wolf Biz LLC cannot guarantee that any output is free from:

  • copyright risk

  • trademark risk

  • intellectual property conflicts

  • Etsy policy issues

  • phrase conflicts

  • design similarities

  • or legal claims.

You are fully responsible for conducting your own due diligence before using any design, phrase, name, slogan, graphic, or concept commercially.

This includes checking trademarks, copyrights, platform rules, and any applicable laws.

No Legal Advice

Goldie GPT and the Goldrush Master System do not provide legal advice.

Any information related to:

  • trademarks

  • copyrights

  • intellectual property

  • Etsy policy

  • commercial use

  • licensing

  • branding

  • product naming

  • or design usage

must be reviewed independently by a qualified attorney.

You agree not to rely on Goldie GPT, the Goldrush Master System, or Be A Wolf Biz LLC as a substitute for legal advice.

Etsy, Print Provider & Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

Be A Wolf Biz LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Etsy, Printify, Printful, Canva, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Gemini, Shopify, or any other third-party platform mentioned or used.

Third-party platforms may change their:

  • policies

  • algorithms

  • pricing

  • access rules

  • features

  • technology

  • terms of service

  • account requirements

  • or enforcement practices

at any time.

Be A Wolf Biz LLC is not responsible for any platform changes, account restrictions, suspensions, bans, technical failures, or policy issues that affect your ability to use Goldie, sell products, or operate your business.

AI Output Variability

AI outputs vary by user, session, prompt, input, model behavior, image generation availability, platform updates, and other technical factors.

Be A Wolf Biz LLC does not guarantee:

  • identical outputs

  • consistent visual style

  • consistent image quality

  • specific design results

  • exact wording

  • exact mockup quality

  • specific formatting

  • uninterrupted access

  • or permanent availability of any particular AI feature.

You understand that AI behavior may change over time.

Lifetime Access Terms

“Lifetime Access” refers to the lifetime of the Goldie product and Goldrush Master System as maintained by Be A Wolf Biz LLC, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

Be A Wolf Biz LLC reserves the right to:

  • update Goldie

  • modify Goldie

  • change features

  • change integrations

  • remove features

  • replace features

  • change delivery platforms

  • discontinue bonuses

  • retire outdated materials

  • or discontinue Goldie GPT or the Goldrush Master System entirely

at its sole discretion.

No specific feature, integration, AI model, image capability, chat history, workflow, or platform access is guaranteed forever.

Updates, GPT Access Links, Lost Chats & Saved Outputs

Goldie and the Goldrush Master System may be updated, modified, expanded, refined, migrated, or restructured over time as AI technology, platform capabilities, and system requirements evolve.

This may include:

  • updated workflows
  • updated prompts
  • updated GPT configurations
  • feature replacements
  • feature removals
  • platform migrations
  • delivery changes
  • new integrations
  • revised access methods
  • or renewed GPT access links.

Goldie’s GPT access link may periodically need to be replaced or renewed due to:

  • OpenAI platform updates
  • GPT configuration changes
  • security updates
  • feature upgrades
  • maintenance
  • delivery restructuring
  • or operational requirements.

If a new GPT access link is required, users will be notified via the email address used at purchase.

Users are responsible for:

  • maintaining access to their purchase email
  • monitoring their inbox and spam folders
  • and returning to the appropriate Kajabi module or portal area to relaunch Goldie using the updated access link when provided.

Failure to receive, review, or act upon email communications due to user-side issues — including outdated email addresses, spam filtering, unsubscribing from emails, inbox limitations, or missed messages — does not entitle the user to refunds, credits, extended support, or compensation.

Past chat history, saved conversations, generations, outputs, images, files, or prior versions may not remain accessible after updates, migrations, platform changes, or user-side deletion.

Users are solely responsible for saving, exporting, or backing up any outputs, chats, images, prompts, or materials they wish to retain.

Be A Wolf Biz LLC is not responsible for:

  • lost chats
  • deleted outputs
  • expired links
  • inaccessible prior generations
  • unavailable past versions
  • temporary outages
  • OpenAI-related disruptions
  • third-party platform limitations
  • or interruptions caused by system, platform, or AI-provider changes.

Bonuses, Communities & Additional Materials

Any bonuses, live calls, Telegram groups, Facebook groups, community access, extra trainings, templates, resources, or additional materials are provided at the discretion of Be A Wolf Biz LLC.

Bonuses and community access may be modified, replaced, discontinued, removed, archived, or made unavailable at any time without refund, credit, or compensation.

Bonus access is not guaranteed permanently unless explicitly stated in writing.

Responsible Use Policy

You agree not to use Goldie GPT or the Goldrush Master System to:

  • intentionally copy existing designs

  • infringe on intellectual property

  • violate Etsy policies

  • create deceptive products

  • mislead customers

  • create harmful, illegal, discriminatory, or prohibited content

  • scrape or misuse third-party content

No Warranty

Goldie and the Goldrush Master System are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Be A Wolf Biz LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of:

  • reliability

  • uninterrupted access

  • non-infringement

  • compatibility

  • technical performance

  • platform availability

  • or suitability for commercial use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Be A Wolf Biz LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your purchase, access, or use of Goldie or the Goldrush Master System.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • lost revenue

  • lost profits

  • lost business opportunities

  • Etsy suspensions

  • account bans

  • copyright claims

  • trademark disputes

  • customer complaints

  • poor print quality

  • production errors

  • AI inaccuracies

  • platform outages

  • chargebacks

  • damaged reputation

  • lost data

  • lost outputs

  • failed listings

  • or unsuccessful products.

Your use of Goldie and the Goldrush Master System is entirely at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Be A Wolf Biz LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, disputes, or legal fees arising from:

  • your use of Goldie GPT

  • your use of Goldrush Master System materials

  • your use of AI-generated outputs

  • your products

  • your listings

  • your shop

  • your customer disputes

  • your print quality issues

  • your intellectual property violations

  • your platform violations

  • your breach of these terms

  • or your business decisions.

No Professional Relationship

Your purchase or use of Goldie GPT and/or the Goldrush Master System does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, consultant-client, agency, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or professional advisory relationship.

Goldie GPT and the Goldrush Master System are educational and creative tools only.

Modification of Terms

Be A Wolf Biz LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these terms at any time.

Continued use of Goldie GPT or the Goldrush Master System after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which Be A Wolf Biz LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using Goldie GPT and/or the Goldrush Master System, you confirm that:

  • you understand all sales are final

  • you understand AI-generated outputs require human review

  • you accept full responsibility for all commercial use

  • you accept full responsibility for print quality

  • you accept full responsibility for legal compliance

  • you understand no results are guaranteed

  • and you agree to release Be A Wolf Biz LLC from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If you do not agree, do not purchase or use Goldie GP or the Goldrush Master System.
