PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you ("you," "your," "Trial User") and Be A Wolf Biz LLC ("Be A Wolf Biz," "Goldie," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your purchase of, access to, and use of the Goldie 48-Hour Trial (the "Trial"). The Trial provides personal, non-commercial access only; commercial rights are conveyed exclusively upon upgrade to a paid Goldie plan, as described below. Section 30 contains a binding arbitration provision and a class-action waiver that affect your legal rights. By purchasing the Trial, entering your access code, ticking the acceptance box, or using Goldie, you agree to these Terms in full.

  1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, redeeming an access code for, accessing, or using the Goldie 48-Hour Trial, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not purchase, access, or use the Trial.

  1. Definitions

"Goldie" or "Goldie GPT" means the proprietary AI-powered assistant, prompts, instructions, workflows, and configurations created and operated by Be A Wolf Biz LLC and made available to you through the applicable third-party platform.

"Trial" or "Goldie 48-Hour Trial" means the paid, time-limited trial offer described in Section 4.

"Trial Content" means the designs, artwork, mockups, images, text, and other content that Goldie generates for you during the Trial.

"Goldie IP" means the prompts, instructions, system messages, frameworks, methods, formulas, terminology, strategies, and intel that power Goldie, as further described in Section 8.

"Inputs" means the prompts, instructions, images, and other information you submit to Goldie.

"Third-Party Platform" means any external service, model, or technology through which Goldie operates or is delivered, including ChatGPT and OpenAI.

  1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally able to enter into a binding contract, to purchase or use the Trial. By purchasing or using the Trial, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete.

  1. The Trial: Scope & Access Term

Your single-use access code activates a forty-eight (48) hour trial providing full access to the Goldie platform, including all design-generation features and modes then available. Your 48-hour period begins when you activate Goldie and begin your Trial, not necessarily at the moment of purchase, and ends 48 hours later, after which Trial access ends automatically.

An active, paid ChatGPT Plus (or equivalent qualifying) account is required to access and use Goldie; that subscription is provided by OpenAI, not by Be A Wolf Biz LLC, and is your responsibility to obtain and maintain. The access code is single-use and personal to you; it may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

  1. License Granted

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use Goldie and the Trial Content it generates for personal, non-commercial purposes only, for the duration of the Trial period.

  1. Ownership of Trial Content

You acquire no ownership rights in any Trial Content during the Trial. All right, title, and interest in the Trial Content remain with Be A Wolf Biz LLC during and after the Trial. Ownership of, and a commercial license to, designs are conveyed to you only upon purchase of a paid Goldie plan, as set out in Section 9.

  1. Prohibited Uses

During the Trial period you shall not, directly or indirectly:

  • sell, license, sublicense, or distribute Trial Content
  • list, upload, or publish Trial Content on any print-on-demand service, marketplace, or online store
  • use Trial Content in paid client work, advertising, or promotional material
  • create products or for-sale mockups incorporating Trial Content
  • remove, obscure, or alter any notice identifying the personal-use status of Trial Content

No modifications or derivatives. You shall not edit, alter, retouch, recolor, crop, or otherwise modify any Trial Content, and you shall not save, upload, or feed any Trial Content into ChatGPT, any other AI tool, or any editing software in order to generate a changed, "tweaked," derivative, or substantially similar version. Producing a modified or derivative version and then selling, listing, publishing, or otherwise using it is treated identically to using the original Trial Content and is equally prohibited. The personal-use restriction follows the design in its original or altered form.

  1. Goldie’s Prompts & Proprietary Materials

All prompts, instructions, system messages, frameworks, methods, formulas, terminology, strategies, and intel that power Goldie (the "Goldie IP") are the confidential and proprietary property of Be A Wolf Biz LLC and may be accessed and used only inside the Goldie GPT. You shall not copy, screenshot, transcribe, extract, export, reverse-engineer, reproduce, share, or repurpose any Goldie prompt, instruction, or intel, in whole or in part, anywhere outside the Goldie GPT — including for the purpose of recreating, imitating, or building a similar tool, GPT, assistant, or product on ChatGPT or any other platform. Any such use is a material breach of this Agreement and an infringement of our intellectual property rights.

  1. Upgrade & Conveyance of Rights

Upon purchase of a paid Goldie plan, you are granted a full commercial license to, and ownership of, the designs you create under that plan, including the right to sell them on print-on-demand and other platforms, subject to that plan’s terms. Upgrading additionally conveys to you, immediately, full commercial rights to and ownership of all Trial Content you created during your Trial. This conveyance does not grant any rights in the Goldie IP described in Section 8, which remains ours at all times.

  1. Monitoring, Fingerprinting & Enforcement

Trial Content may be fingerprinted and monitored across marketplaces and commercial storefronts. We reserve the right to identify Trial Content used in violation of this Agreement and to pursue enforcement, including immediate revocation of access, reporting to the relevant hosting or marketplace platform, and the pursuit of all available legal and equitable remedies. You acknowledge and accept these consequences.

  1. Breach

Any commercial use during the Trial period, or any breach of Sections 7 or 8, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in termination of access without refund, takedown reporting, and liability for damages. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Be A Wolf Biz LLC against any claims arising from your unauthorized use of the Trial Content or the Goldie IP.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Goldie only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and the policies of any Third-Party Platform. You agree not to use Goldie to generate, distribute, or facilitate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, deceptive, or that violates the rights of others or the rules of any marketplace or platform.

  1. No Guarantee of Results

Be A Wolf Biz LLC makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty that your use of Goldie or the Trial will result in Etsy or print-on-demand sales, revenue, traffic, bestseller badges, improved rankings, profitability, successful products, business growth, listing performance, customer demand, platform approval, or any other specific outcome. Results vary based on execution, niche selection, product quality, market demand, competition, pricing, fulfillment, and numerous other factors outside our control. Any examples or testimonials are illustrative only and are not a promise of your results. All results are your sole responsibility.

  1. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Goldie is an AI-powered tool, and its outputs are experimental by nature. Outputs may contain inaccuracies, strange wording, visual inconsistencies, malformed elements, technical flaws, low-resolution assets, distorted imagery, unintended similarities to existing works, print-quality problems, spelling errors, formatting issues, or other imperfections. You are fully responsible for reviewing, editing, testing, validating, and approving all outputs before any use. Be A Wolf Biz LLC does not pre-screen, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, originality, legality, or quality of any output.

  1. Print Quality Disclaimer

Goldie may generate visual designs and mockup-style outputs, but Be A Wolf Biz LLC does not guarantee that any output will print correctly, cleanly, professionally, or in a commercially acceptable manner. You are solely responsible for resolution, dimensions, transparency, placement, spelling, colors, contrast, print-provider requirements, print testing, sampling, production review, and final product quality. Be A Wolf Biz LLC is not responsible for blurry prints, pixelation, malformed AI details, poor resolution, color shifts, print-provider issues, fulfillment errors, mockup inaccuracies, customer complaints, production defects, or any other print-related issue.

  1. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your use of Goldie and its outputs, including legal compliance, trademark and copyright clearance, marketplace and platform compliance, disclosure and advertising compliance, and all business decisions. Be A Wolf Biz LLC does not review, approve, certify, or guarantee any products, mockups, or listings created using Goldie.

  1. AI Mockups, Human Likeness & Emerging Regulations

Goldie may generate AI-generated mockups, synthetic lifestyle imagery, human-like representations, and other AI-generated visual outputs. Laws, platform policies, disclosure requirements, advertising standards, and regulations surrounding synthetic imagery and AI-generated human likenesses are rapidly evolving. Be A Wolf Biz LLC does not guarantee that any output complies with current or future laws, regulations, platform policies, disclosure standards, advertising requirements, marketplace rules, or AI-content regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of any output complies with all applicable laws, disclosure obligations, platform rules, and marketplace policies.

  1. Third-Party Platforms

Goldie operates through Third-Party Platforms and technologies, including ChatGPT and OpenAI. Be A Wolf Biz LLC does not control, and is not responsible for, outages, downtime, usage caps, speed or rate limitations, model changes, feature removals, generation limits, moderation systems, content policies, platform restrictions, queue systems, pricing changes, access interruptions, or any other behavior of a Third-Party Platform. Platform capabilities may change at any time without notice, and such events do not entitle you to a refund.

Goldie’s design and mockup functionality depends on image-generation and other features provided by the Third-Party Platform. Be A Wolf Biz LLC does not guarantee that any such feature — including image generation — will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or performing as intended at any given time, and is not responsible for any degradation, malfunction, delay, or temporary or permanent unavailability of those features.

  1. AI Output Variability

AI outputs vary based on prompts, sessions, platform behavior, model updates, generation conditions, and user inputs. Identical, repeatable, or consistent outputs are not guaranteed, and the same Input may produce different outputs at different times.

  1. Privacy & Data Handling

When you purchase and use the Trial, we and our service providers collect and process limited information necessary to deliver it, including your name, email address, and purchase and transaction details. Payment card information is collected and processed directly by our third-party payment and checkout providers; Be A Wolf Biz LLC does not store your full payment card numbers. Your Inputs and outputs may also be processed by the applicable Third-Party Platform under that platform’s own privacy policy and terms. We do not sell your personal information. To the extent a separate Privacy Policy is published at www.beawolfbiz.com, it is incorporated by reference and provides additional detail on how information is collected, used, shared, and retained.

  1. Copyright & DMCA Notice-and-Takedown

Be A Wolf Biz LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content we make available infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a written notice to [email protected] with the subject line "Copyright Notice," including: (a) your signature (physical or electronic); (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification of the allegedly infringing material and information sufficient to locate it; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf. We will respond as required by applicable law and may terminate the access of repeat infringers.

  1. Payment & The Trial Fee

The price for the Trial is the amount stated at checkout (e.g., the $7 trial fee) at the time of your purchase. The Trial is a one-time charge; it is not a subscription and does not automatically renew or convert to a paid plan unless you separately choose to upgrade. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

  1. No Refund Policy

Due to the instant-access, digital nature of the Trial, all sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, exchanges, credits, or partial refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • dissatisfaction with Goldie or its outputs
  • misunderstanding the offer or what is included
  • failure to activate or use the Trial within 48 hours
  • technical learning curves
  • inability to achieve desired results
  • platform, model, or feature changes
  • AI limitations or output variability
  • accidental or duplicate purchase
  • user-side technical or device issues
  • ChatGPT / OpenAI limitations, caps, or account issues
  • or failure to read or understand these Terms

This No Refund Policy applies except where a non-waivable refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law, as described in Section 32.

  1. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing the Trial, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting [email protected] and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. Fraudulent chargebacks, or attempts to retain access or Trial Content after reversing payment, may result in immediate termination of access, refusal of future service, referral to collections, and legal action where applicable.

  1. Access Revocation

Be A Wolf Biz LLC reserves the right to suspend or revoke your access without refund for abusive behavior, harassment, threats, redistribution or sharing of access or codes, misuse of Goldie or the Goldie IP, initiating an improper chargeback, intellectual-property violations, fraudulent or unlawful conduct, platform abuse, or any behavior we reasonably deem harmful to Be A Wolf Biz LLC or its customers.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

GOLDIE, THE TRIAL, AND ALL RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BE A WOLF BIZ LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING RELIABILITY, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE ACCESS, TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE, OR ACCURACY. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some may not apply to you.

  1. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BE A WOLF BIZ LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST REVENUE OR PROFITS, FAILED LISTINGS, CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS, INTELLECTUAL-PROPERTY DISPUTES, PLATFORM BANS OR SUSPENSIONS, PRINT-QUALITY ISSUES, AI INACCURACIES, PLATFORM OUTAGES, DAMAGE TO REPUTATION, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE TRIAL OR YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, GOLDIE — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE TRIAL SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE TRIAL. Your use of Goldie is entirely at your own risk.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Be A Wolf Biz LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, disputes, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of Goldie or the Trial Content, your unauthorized commercial or derivative use, your products or listings, your platform or marketplace violations, or your breach of these Terms.

  1. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver

Informal resolution first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact [email protected] and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days after notice.

Binding arbitration. Except as provided below, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Trial that is not resolved informally shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its applicable consumer rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class-action waiver. You and Be A Wolf Biz LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration and class-action-waiver provision by sending written notice to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of your purchase, stating your name and intent to opt out. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms.

  1. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Be A Wolf Biz LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 30, any dispute not resolved by arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

  1. International Users; EU / UK Consumer Rights

The Trial is offered from the United States, and you are responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants mandatory, non-waivable consumer rights, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded, and such mandatory protections take precedence over any conflicting provision solely to the extent required by law. By activating the Trial and receiving immediate access to digital content, you acknowledge that this may affect statutory withdrawal or "cooling-off" rights once access has begun.

  1. Force Majeure

Be A Wolf Biz LLC will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, governmental actions, internet or utility failures, cyberattacks, or the acts, outages, or changes of any Third-Party Platform.

  1. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your Trial access without our prior written consent. Be A Wolf Biz LLC may assign or transfer these Terms and its rights and obligations, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if it cannot be so modified, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  1. Waiver

No waiver of any provision shall be effective unless in writing, and no failure or delay by Be A Wolf Biz LLC in exercising any right shall operate as a waiver of that or any other right.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any policies expressly incorporated by reference and the offer details presented at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and Be A Wolf Biz LLC regarding the Trial and supersede all prior understandings. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any marketing material, these Terms control.

  1. Modification of Terms

Be A Wolf Biz LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued access to or use of Goldie after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. Notices & Contact

All notices under these Terms should be sent to [email protected]. We may provide notices to you at the email address associated with your purchase. It is your responsibility to keep that address current.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing the Trial, entering your access code, ticking the acceptance box, or using Goldie, you confirm that:

  • you have read and understood these Terms
  • you agree to these Terms in full
  • all designs and mockups you create during the Trial are for personal use only and may not be sold, altered and reused, or published
  • Goldie’s prompts and intel may not be copied or used outside the Goldie GPT
  • you understand that all sales are final
  • you understand that AI outputs require your own human review before use
  • you accept responsibility for your own legal, platform, and marketplace compliance
  • you understand that no business results are guaranteed
  • and you agree to the binding arbitration and class-action-waiver provisions in Section 30 (subject to your right to opt out)

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, access, or use the Trial.
