PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. These Terms of Service, Policies & Legal Information (the "Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("you," "your," "User," or "Customer") and Be A Wolf Biz LLC ("Be A Wolf Biz," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your purchase, access to, and use of Goldie Lifetime Access and all related products, materials, and services described below. Section 26 contains a binding arbitration provision and a class-action waiver that affect your legal rights. By purchasing, accessing, or using Goldie Lifetime Access, you agree to these Terms in full.

  1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, registering for, accessing, or using Goldie Lifetime Access, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced in them. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, in which case "you" refers to that entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase, access, or use Goldie Lifetime Access.

  1. Definitions

"Goldie" or "Goldie GPT" means the proprietary AI-powered assistant, prompts, instructions, workflows, and configurations created and operated by Be A Wolf Biz LLC and made available to you through the third-party platform(s) described in these Terms.

"Goldie Lifetime Access" or the "Product" means the lifetime-access digital offer described in Section 4, including Goldie GPT and the accompanying trainings and materials listed there.

"Outputs" means the designs, mockups, images, text, concepts, ideas, and other content that Goldie generates in response to your inputs.

"Inputs" means the prompts, instructions, images, references, and other information you submit to Goldie.

"Proprietary Materials" means the Goldie system, prompts, instruction sets, frameworks, methodologies, trainings, tutorials, terminology, and all other materials owned by Be A Wolf Biz LLC, as further described in Section 7.

"Third-Party Platform" means any external service, model, or technology through which Goldie operates or is delivered, including ChatGPT and OpenAI.

  1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally able to enter into a binding contract, in order to purchase or use the Product. By purchasing or using Goldie Lifetime Access, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide in connection with your purchase is accurate and complete.

The Product is intended for business and commercial use by print-on-demand sellers and creators. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly permit use by anyone under 18.

  1. Product Description

Goldie Lifetime Access is a permanent-access digital AI product designed to support print-on-demand sellers with tasks that may include:

  • design ideation
  • mockup creation
  • bestseller ingredient extraction
  • niche analysis
  • design refinement
  • strategic product development
  • creative inspiration
  • scaling concepts
  • educational guidance

Goldie Lifetime Access includes:

  • Lifetime access to Goldie GPT (including all future updates released during active availability)
  • 9 Goldie-Powered Design Trainings
  • Goldie tutorial and training material
  • Print Quality Standards material

Goldie Lifetime Access does NOT include (unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing):

  • additional Goldrush Master System content beyond what is expressly listed above
  • communities or community access
  • one-on-one support, coaching, or done-for-you services
  • future products, offers, or bonuses not listed above
  • any guarantee of feature continuity across third-party platform changes
  • a ChatGPT / OpenAI subscription (a separate, active ChatGPT Plus account is required and is not provided by Be A Wolf Biz LLC)
  1. Access Term

Your Goldie Lifetime Access begins immediately upon successful purchase and delivery of access instructions. "Lifetime" means access is provided for the operational lifetime of the Product — that is, for as long as Be A Wolf Biz LLC actively operates and maintains Goldie. "Lifetime" does not refer to your natural lifetime and does not guarantee access for any fixed or minimum period of time.

Be A Wolf Biz LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to retire, restructure, migrate, rename, or discontinue Goldie or any of its components, in whole or in part, with reasonable notice to active members where practicable. Access may also be affected or ended by changes to Third-Party Platforms outside our control, as described in Section 15.

  1. License Grant & Ownership of Your Outputs

Subject to your full and ongoing compliance with these Terms, Be A Wolf Biz LLC grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use Goldie Lifetime Access for your own business purposes.

Your Outputs. As between you and Be A Wolf Biz LLC, and to the extent permitted by the applicable Third-Party Platform, you may use the Outputs you create with Goldie for commercial purposes, including creating and selling print-on-demand products through your own listings and channels. You are solely responsible for those Outputs and their use, as described in Sections 11 through 14.

No ownership of the system. This license grants you the right to use Goldie and its Outputs as described above. It does not transfer to you any ownership of, or rights in, the Proprietary Materials, the Goldie system, or any underlying technology. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Be A Wolf Biz LLC.

Third-party terms. Your rights in Outputs are also subject to the terms of the applicable Third-Party Platform (including OpenAI’s terms). Where those terms are more restrictive, they control with respect to that platform.

  1. Intellectual Property of Be A Wolf Biz LLC

All Goldie systems, prompts, instruction sets, workflows, structures, sequences, terminology, educational materials, trainings, tutorials, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies (collectively, the "Proprietary Materials") are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Be A Wolf Biz LLC, protected by copyright, trade secret, and other applicable laws. Purchasing access does not grant you ownership of, or any license to reproduce or exploit, the system itself.

You agree that you will not, and will not permit or assist any third party to:

  • copy, reproduce, extract, transcribe, screenshot for redistribution, scrape, or reverse-engineer Goldie’s prompts, instructions, internal logic, or configuration
  • copy, lift, export, repackage, or reuse Goldie’s prompts, instruction sets, frameworks, or intel for use outside of Goldie GPT, including within ChatGPT, another AI tool, a custom GPT, or any competing product or service
  • use Goldie or the Proprietary Materials to build, train, fine-tune, or improve any competing product, model, prompt library, or service
  • publish, distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise make the Proprietary Materials available to any third party
  • remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices

These restrictions are a material part of these Terms. Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund, in addition to any other remedies available to Be A Wolf Biz LLC at law or in equity.

  1. Account, Access & No Account Sharing

Goldie access is licensed to one purchaser only and is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials or access codes and for all activity that occurs under your access. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You may not:

  • share, lend, or transfer login access, access codes, or credentials
  • resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to Goldie
  • publish, post, or otherwise disclose proprietary prompts or internal systems
  • copy, reproduce, or reconstruct Goldie’s frameworks or materials
  • use Goldie inside, or in support of, any competing product or service

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Goldie only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and the policies of any Third-Party Platform. You agree not to use Goldie to generate, distribute, or facilitate content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, deceptive, or that violates the rights of others or the rules of any marketplace or platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your Inputs and your use of Outputs comply with all applicable laws and platform rules.

  1. No Guarantee of Results

Be A Wolf Biz LLC makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty that your use of Goldie will result in Etsy or print-on-demand sales, increased revenue, traffic, bestseller badges, improved rankings, profitability, successful products, business growth, niche success, listing performance, customer demand, platform approval, or any other specific outcome.

Results vary based on execution, niche selection, product quality, market demand, competition, consistency, search-engine optimization, pricing, fulfillment quality, business decisions, customer preferences, and numerous other factors outside the control of Be A Wolf Biz LLC. Any examples, testimonials, or figures shared by Be A Wolf Biz LLC are illustrative only and are not a promise of your results. All results are your sole responsibility.

  1. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Goldie is an AI-powered tool, and its Outputs are experimental by nature. Outputs may contain inaccuracies, strange wording, visual inconsistencies, malformed elements, technical flaws, low-resolution assets, distorted imagery, unintended similarities to existing works, print-quality problems, undesirable results, incomplete information, spelling errors, formatting issues, or other imperfections.

You are fully responsible for reviewing, editing, testing, validating, and approving all Outputs before any commercial use. Be A Wolf Biz LLC does not pre-screen, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, originality, legality, or quality of any Output.

  1. Print Quality Disclaimer

Goldie may generate visual designs and mockup-style Outputs, but Be A Wolf Biz LLC does not guarantee that any Output will print correctly, cleanly, professionally, or in a commercially acceptable manner. You are solely responsible for resolution, dimensions, transparency, placement, spelling, colors, contrast, print-provider requirements, print testing, sampling, production review, and final product quality.

Be A Wolf Biz LLC is not responsible for blurry prints, pixelation, poor resolution, color shifts, print-provider issues, fulfillment errors, mockup inaccuracies, customer complaints, production defects, or any other print-related issue.

  1. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all commercial use of Goldie and its Outputs, including:

  • legal compliance
  • trademark clearance and searches
  • copyright clearance and searches
  • marketplace and platform compliance
  • disclosure and advertising compliance
  • Etsy and other marketplace policy compliance
  • final production decisions
  • product listings and descriptions
  • customer interactions and support
  • product approval and quality control
  • and all other business decisions

Be A Wolf Biz LLC does not review, approve, certify, or guarantee any final products, mockups, or listings created using Goldie.

  1. AI Mockups, Human Likeness & Emerging Regulations

Goldie may generate AI-generated mockups, synthetic lifestyle imagery, human-like representations, AI-generated scenes, and other AI-generated visual Outputs. Laws, platform policies, disclosure requirements, advertising standards, and regulations surrounding synthetic imagery and AI-generated human likenesses are rapidly evolving.

Be A Wolf Biz LLC does not guarantee that any Output complies with current or future laws, regulations, platform policies, disclosure standards, advertising requirements, marketplace rules, AI-content regulations, or commercial-usage requirements. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any Output complies with all applicable laws, disclosure obligations, platform rules, and marketplace policies before commercial use.

  1. Third-Party Platforms

Goldie operates through Third-Party Platforms and technologies, including ChatGPT and OpenAI. An active, paid ChatGPT Plus (or equivalent qualifying) account is required to use Goldie GPT; that subscription is provided by OpenAI, not by Be A Wolf Biz LLC, and is your responsibility to obtain and maintain.

Be A Wolf Biz LLC does not control, and is not responsible for, outages, downtime, usage caps, speed or rate limitations, model changes, feature removals, generation limits, moderation systems, content policies, platform restrictions, queue systems, pricing changes, access interruptions, or any other behavior of a Third-Party Platform. Platform capabilities may change at any time without notice. Be A Wolf Biz LLC is not responsible for any interruption, limitation, or loss of access caused by a Third-Party Platform, and such events do not entitle you to a refund.

Goldie’s design and mockup functionality depends on image-generation and other features provided by the Third-Party Platform. Be A Wolf Biz LLC does not guarantee that any such feature — including image generation — will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or performing as intended at any given time, and is not responsible for any degradation, malfunction, delay, or temporary or permanent unavailability of those features.

  1. AI Output Variability

AI Outputs vary based on prompts, sessions, platform behavior, model updates, generation conditions, user inputs, and technical factors outside the control of Be A Wolf Biz LLC. Identical, repeatable, or consistent Outputs are not guaranteed, and the same Input may produce different Outputs at different times.

  1. Privacy & Data Handling

When you purchase and use Goldie Lifetime Access, we and our service providers collect and process limited information necessary to deliver the Product, including your name, email address, and purchase and transaction details. Payment card information is collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processors and hosting/checkout providers; Be A Wolf Biz LLC does not store your full payment card numbers.

We use this information to provide access, deliver materials and updates, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Your Inputs and Outputs may also be processed by the applicable Third-Party Platform in accordance with that platform’s own privacy policy and terms, which govern that processing. We do not sell your personal information. To the extent a separate Privacy Policy is published at www.beawolfbiz.com, that policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and provides additional detail on how information is collected, used, shared, and retained, and on the rights you may have regarding your information.

  1. Copyright & DMCA Notice-and-Takedown

Be A Wolf Biz LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that content made available by Be A Wolf Biz LLC infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a written notice to our designated contact at [email protected] with the subject line "Copyright Notice."

To be effective, your notice should include: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (c) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

We will respond to valid notices as required by applicable law, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. We may also, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the access of users who are repeat infringers.

  1. Pricing, Billing & Payment

The price for Goldie Lifetime Access is the amount stated at checkout at the time of your purchase. Where a payment plan or installment option is offered and selected, you authorize Be A Wolf Biz LLC and its payment processors to charge each scheduled installment to your payment method until the total price is paid in full. You are responsible for keeping your payment method valid; failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of access until the balance is resolved. Prices are subject to change for future purchasers, but a change in price does not affect a purchase already completed. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

  1. No Refund Policy

Due to the instant-access, digital nature of Goldie Lifetime Access, all sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, exchanges, credits, or partial refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • dissatisfaction with the Product or its Outputs
  • misunderstanding the offer or what is included
  • failure to use or access the Product
  • technical learning curves
  • inability to achieve desired results
  • platform, model, or feature changes
  • AI limitations or output variability
  • a change in your business direction or needs
  • accidental or duplicate purchase
  • overlap with other tools you own
  • user-side technical or device issues
  • ChatGPT / OpenAI limitations, caps, or account issues
  • or failure to read or understand these Terms

This No Refund Policy applies except where a non-waivable refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law, as described in Section 28.

  1. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing Goldie Lifetime Access, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting [email protected] and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. Fraudulent chargebacks, or attempts to retain access after reversing payment, may result in immediate termination of access, refusal of future service, removal from any communities, referral to collections, and legal action where applicable. You agree to reimburse any reasonable costs, including fees and expenses, we incur in responding to an improper chargeback.

  1. Access Revocation

Be A Wolf Biz LLC reserves the right to suspend or revoke your access without refund for any of the following:

  • abusive behavior, harassment, threats, or disrespectful conduct toward our team or community
  • redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of access
  • account sharing
  • misuse of Goldie or the Proprietary Materials
  • initiating an improper chargeback
  • intellectual-property violations
  • fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful conduct
  • platform abuse
  • or any behavior we reasonably deem harmful to Be A Wolf Biz LLC, its customers, or its community
  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

GOLDIE AND ALL RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BE A WOLF BIZ LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING RELIABILITY, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE ACCESS, TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE, COMMERCIAL SUITABILITY, OR ACCURACY. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

  1. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BE A WOLF BIZ LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, AND REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST REVENUE OR PROFITS, FAILED LISTINGS, CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS, INTELLECTUAL-PROPERTY DISPUTES, PLATFORM BANS OR SUSPENSIONS, PRINT-QUALITY ISSUES, AI INACCURACIES, PLATFORM OUTAGES, DAMAGE TO REPUTATION, LEGAL DISPUTES, BUSINESS LOSSES, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, GOLDIE — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF BE A WOLF BIZ LLC ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO BE A WOLF BIZ LLC FOR GOLDIE LIFETIME ACCESS. Your use of Goldie is entirely at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Be A Wolf Biz LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, disputes, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your use of Goldie; your commercial use of Outputs; your products, listings, and mockups; your customer disputes; your intellectual-property violations; your platform or marketplace violations; your advertising and disclosure activities; your business decisions; or your breach of these Terms.

  1. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver

Informal resolution first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days after notice.

Binding arbitration. Except as provided below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Product that is not resolved informally shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its applicable consumer rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of this arbitration provision.

Class-action waiver. You and Be A Wolf Biz LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information. To the extent any dispute is found not subject to arbitration, Section 27 governs.

Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration and class-action-waiver provision by sending written notice to [email protected] within thirty (30) days of your purchase, stating your name and your intent to opt out. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms.

  1. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Be A Wolf Biz LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 26, any dispute not resolved by arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

  1. International Users; EU / UK Consumer Rights

Goldie Lifetime Access is offered from the United States, and you are responsible for complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction. If you access or purchase the Product from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction that grants mandatory, non-waivable consumer rights, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where such mandatory protections apply, they take precedence over any conflicting provision of these Terms (including the No Refund Policy, the disclaimers, and the limitation-of-liability and arbitration provisions) solely to the extent required by that law. You may also acknowledge and request, where applicable, that we begin providing the digital product immediately upon purchase, which may affect statutory withdrawal or "cooling-off" rights once access has been delivered.

  1. Force Majeure

Be A Wolf Biz LLC will not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, governmental actions, internet or utility failures, cyberattacks, or the acts, outages, or changes of any Third-Party Platform.

  1. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your access to Goldie, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. Be A Wolf Biz LLC may assign or transfer these Terms and its rights and obligations, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, without restriction.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if it cannot be so modified, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  1. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be effective unless in writing, and no failure or delay by Be A Wolf Biz LLC in exercising any right shall operate as a waiver of that or any other right.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any policies expressly incorporated by reference (such as a published Privacy Policy) and the offer details presented at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and Be A Wolf Biz LLC regarding Goldie Lifetime Access and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, and representations, whether written or oral. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any marketing material, these Terms control.

  1. Modification of Terms

Be A Wolf Biz LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where practicable, provide notice. Your continued access to or use of Goldie after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Product.

  1. Notices & Contact

All notices to Be A Wolf Biz LLC under these Terms should be sent to [email protected]. We may provide notices to you at the email address associated with your purchase. It is your responsibility to keep that email address current.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using Goldie Lifetime Access, you confirm that:

  • you have read and understood these Terms
  • you agree to these Terms in full
  • you understand that all sales are final
  • you accept full responsibility for your commercial use of Goldie and its Outputs
  • you understand that AI Outputs require your own human review before use
  • you accept responsibility for your own legal, platform, and marketplace compliance
  • you understand that no business results are guaranteed
  • and you agree to the binding arbitration and class-action-waiver provisions in Section 26 (subject to your right to opt out)

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, access, or use this product.
